Kevin Rise from Austin is an old school vinyl DJ who has adapted to the digital world with ease. When he isn’t rocking dance floors, he’s spinning on raid trains online. He is going to treat us to Proggy and Trance.
Tonez has paid his dues, and in the process, has played some of Austin’s most legendary dance floors. These days, Tonez is part of the Progressive Sessions crew, slinging Proggy beats as our own personal John Digweed.
Eduardo Serrano hails from San Antonio by way of Mexico. He is a legend on San Antonio dance , and Progressive Sessions is thrilled to welcome him to our stage and system. Expect sexy Proggy House tinged with Trance.
A lot can be said about Sephi Hakubi and his bud Shawn Jackson. In the Hard Dance and Trance circles of Texas, they are old school faces from the vinyl days. They are known from working the radio in Miami, to playing high profile Anime conventions. They will be treating us to a B2B set, chocked full of Trance and Proggy new and classic.
Mister Peter Martin signed his first record in 1999 at the age of 19. He has remixed many international names, and is currently releasing his own original songs with Armada. Peter grew up in Texas, but his face and name aren’t as well known as they should, because his tracks are routinely played by the likes of Digweed and Sasha, Chris Fortier and Paul Oakenfold. We are absolutely thrilled to be able to introduce the Austin music scene to Mr Martin and his brand of Proggy and Trance.
The Golden Girl and Xaith will be holding the dance floor down right and proper from the early night into morning. Golden Girl touched her first dance music vinyl in 1998, and by 1999 she was teaching herself how to beat match before ever having seen a DJ perform. Her mixing addiction bloomed into full blown obsession, leading her to earn her degree in Audio Engineering and Recording. You can expect to hear her signature Progressive Trance and Proggy Breaks. Xaith is our Hard and Tech Trance master who can energize a dance floor un-like any other. They will be treating us to a B2B set.
